Manufacturing

Magnet manufacturing requires special processes due to the brittle nature of materials used to create magnet ingots.

Manufacturing these materials requires specialized procedures and machining equipment to ensure the magnets and metallic accessories being fabricated meet the tight tolerances of typical in the industry. X-mag is equipped with the most advanced equipment, giving us the capability of achieving exact specifications.

Engineering

X-mag is dedicated to providing turnkey engineering solutions. We reduce turn-around time by integrating quick-turn prototyping, designing, and testing.

We have the ability to fully analyze magnetic behavior and performance with our advanced computing simulations and characterization equipment. We have developed strategies to efficiently and effectively combine magnetic functionality and characteristics into superior products.

Automation

Automation can streamline production processes, in-plant material transport, and inspection, resulting in greater efficiency. It can monitor the product’s position through the work flow, and stabilize product quality by applying consistent testing with extremely low R&R. It improves capacity by eliminating wasted space and movement. All of these reduce the cost and improve quality.

Quality Assurance

X-mag strictly controls product quality from incoming material testing, through in-process inspection, final product inspection and packaging inspection. We have a variety of testing equipment to ensure that the products meet the customer’s stringent requirements.
